Yoga Teacher Training
Whether you are looking to deepen your practice, explore teaching for the first time or refine your teaching, HOME Yoga has a Yoga Alliance registered training program that will encourage a deeper understanding of both the practice and instruction of it. Our main goal in our programs is to teach how to instruct a thoughtful, safe and challenging yoga class while not losing the true meaning of yoga, which is to act skillfully and steady or quiet the mind.
