Kids Class Cards $145. Good only for kids yoga classes. Class cards can be shared amongst siblings.

Little Yogis, Ages 4 - 10, Select Sundays, 11 - 12

This popular yoga class is designed to build self-confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness. This class aims to fill your child’s toolbox with the tools needed to help them make healthy choices and deal with everyday life with ease and confidence in being themselves. They will develop physical fitness through yoga poses and flow sequences, specifically focusing on balance, strength coordination and flexibility. Meditation, breathing and mindfulness activities are introduced through stories and songs. These fun classes transform our HOME studio into an imaginary world. We practice themed yoga poses, create a take home craft and enjoy a focused relaxation journey.

Junior Yogis, Ages 10 - 14, Tuesdays 5 -545pm , Sept. 16 - Nov. 4, $125

This series is designed especially for tweens and young teens navigating a stage of growth, change, and discovery. Through yoga, students will build strength, balance, and flexibility while also learning tools to reduce stress, improve focus, and boost self-confidence. Each class combines energizing movement with calming mindfulness practices, giving kids a healthy outlet for both body and mind.

Whether they’re active in sports, managing schoolwork, or simply looking for a way to unwind, juniors will leave class feeling stronger, more centered, and ready to take on their week.
