300-Hour Bridge Program

Are you interested in obtaining your 300-hour training but did not complete your 200-Hour training at HOME?

Or, are you simply interested in brushing up on your 200-Hour skills? Email Kristin if interested!

This weekend-long program is designed to catch 200-Hour graduates up on the material to be successful in HOME's 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training. Every 200-Hour program is free to create its own curriculum based on the Yoga Alliance guidelines. HOME's 200-Hour focuses heavily on sequencing, alignment, asana, anatomy, philosophy and meditation. Our 300-Hour program assumes this baseline knowledge and then expands upon it.

Our bridge program includes a refresher on:

  • Asana

  • Sequencing theory and structure

  • The importance of alignment, both in injury prevention and focusing the mind.

  • Standing pose posture labs

  • Assisting labs

  • Basic anatomy

  • Yoga philosophy

  • Meditation

    FAQs:

  • How do I know if this is right for me?

This program is designed for the many 200-Hour graduates who want to continue their learning in a fun, non-competitive environment with leading teachers in the field of yoga.

  • What if I want to brush up on my teaching skills but not take the 300-Hour?

We love this! Join for the weekend to refresh your skills and become an even better teacher learning what you love.

  • Who will be leading the training?

The lead trainer is Kristin Olson, a 500-hour ERYT who has been leading trainings for almost a decade, and has run a successful studio for 11 years. She has also asked many experts in the field to lead some weekends to make the experience a well-rounded and enriching experience so that everyone gets what they need out of the training.

  • Do I automatically get into the 300-Hour Training if I take this program?

At the end of the weekend, we believe we will both know whether HOME’s 300-hour training is a good fit for you. We think this is a better option than signing up for a lengthy training you’re stuck in that may not give you what you are looking for.
